NEWS UPDATE: Texas has been using the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC), for our voter rolls and spent millions registering voters with information from ERIC with no public insight. ERIC has not cleaned voter rolls as promised, and a court order is required to see any information provided by ERIC. Bexar County Election Integrity issued a Resolution demanding the state withdraw their participation in ERIC as clean voter rolls is paramount to election integrity. We’re happy to announce the state legislature passed a law to withdraw from ERIC and on July 20, 2023, the Secretary of State issued an official termination of that relationship.
